I got a full acrylic set on Tuesday with one of my friends. Although the next day the gel started peeling. Thursday I noticed my nails started to peel worse, and so I gave them a call and they were happy to re-paint my nails for free! I went back and the nail tech fixed them so fast and did an amazing job. I absolutely love the staff and the lady who did my nails. They are all so inviting and positive. The salon is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend! Mistakes happen and I wasn’t upset, just wanted them fixed. Always leave a good tip, nail techs work hard!😊

I loved this place. Katie was so amazing and she did my nails in like 30 minutes, she definitely went above and beyond to satisfy me with what I wanted! I’ll definitely be coming back!!!

Katie Nail & Spa was great. We walked in and were immediately seated. I got the classic pedicure, which was $30 before gratuity. The pedicurist was thorough, attentive, and friendly. The shop was clean and inviting. It’s going to be our new place!

Excellent nail salon! Techs were really skilled, place was super clean. Wanted a gel manicure, something very neutral. It’s been a week and the gel hasn’t chipped. They also give you a nice hand massage afterwards! Very relaxing! They also have a barber in the same building, which I thought was very unique! Would definitely recommend!
Update: Took my 11 and 9 year old daughters and very kid friendly! Everyone is so nice here and very fast service! Our new favorite place! Definitely recommend coming here!

Katie is great and one other girl Cynthia. Beyond that I would not recommend this place. I have gone to 4 other nail techs there thinking maybe this time will be better. Nope, I leave there all cut up from where they are trying to trim my cuticles. My last visit just before Christmas I was cut at least twice on each hand and one finger on each hand got infected. They are not paying attention trying to get through as many people as possible. I’m disappointed each time and will never go back.
