This was my first time using this salon and I’m not impressed. I came in for a fill in and pedicure with a color change. I had the exact design on my nails that I asked to be recreated and Kathy said “that was no problem, it was a very easy design”. The pedicure went alright even though my gel was a little messy and the whole nail wasn’t painted, it wasn’t too noticeable and I don’t plan on wearing anything open toed soon anyways. My fill in which was for acrylic overlay over my real nail however was entirely subpar. I requested they only be shortened a little bit and the square shape kept but they were very overly filed down and rounded. My fill in is lumpy and some of the acrylic was never filed down off the side of my actual finger. The design that was “no problem and very simple” turned into the base color under the design not covering my whole nail or evenly coated for what is painted. Then once she started doing the design I could tell she was becoming frustrated however I wasn’t comfortable by that point to even say “I’m completely fine with the design not being done, we can just do a solid color”. Kathy then started to rush through it after a repeating customer of hers came in and then refiled the gel after she was “done” and asked me “do you like them?” and while I was trying to respond “no ma’am, I see a lot of things wrong” she hurried to the register and charged me $100 for the services.

Update!
I ended up having to go for a correction service a few hours later because the acrylic that was left not filed down was digging into my finger and turns out the tightness on my fingers was because Kathy laid the acrylic on my skin! When the salon I went to for the correction tried to gently take off one nail because there was no salvaging the “work” Kathy did my skin ripped open because of the way Kathy laid the acrylic on my skin (pictures will be posted)! I even thought back to before Kathy started applying the acrylic and she tried to convince me to do dip powder instead, hind sight now being because Kathy is offering services she can not correctly perform! My toe is also already showing signs of infection.
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!

I’ve been going here for two years now and I absolutely love it. My nails always come out perfect and they last a long time. Kathy and her husband keep their salon very clean and are super professional.

Kathy’s nails are terrific. Kathy saved me from going to the foot doctor with a bad, painful ingrown mail. She and her husband are super sweet. The nice part is their salon has a great air filtration system. Highly recommend this company!
