I have visited Katie a couple times now and I have always left feeling beautiful. She takes the time to understand your vision, listen to your ideas, and is such a professional when it comes to her work. As a stylist myself, it’s hard to find someone who values their knowledge and their art. Katie is always continuing her education and always up for a challenge. I change my hair so much and every time I ask for a new look, she always keeps my hair’s integrity a priority.

I had a great experience at Karma Hair and Nails! Paula is a magician, and gave me a complete color correction. In one session, she was able to take me from a dark green (with black box dye underneath!) back to my natural color, which is a light brown. Paula was super friendly, highly skilled, hard working, and asked great questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. 10/10

I made a appointment for my two teenage daughters. I live in the country two hours away they were like the 8th place I called because nowhere else could fit both in the same time. They said they could, I explained in detail what I wanted done color highlights and cuts. She made the appointment at 4 got one kid done and said they couldn’t do the other. Offered a small discount to come back after I repeatedly told them I live to far away. It I would have known I would have found somewhere else, took them to separate ones whatever. As you can imagine I have one upset daughter, and one happy daughter. None of us felt like going to dinner and enjoying our time out of the country, instead drove home and the rest of the night sucked. The daughter they did do was happy with her results it’s a shame they are unreliable and didn’t seemed bothered just said whoever made the appointment should have known and I told the lady on the phone I was driving two hours!

Terrible. I got a a full set, pedicure, and spray tan. I’m going to post a picture for reference. At one point I had to ask for the file to make my nails look at least presentable. And the spray tan is a nightmare. It was for my 21st birthday in Costa Rica but they didn’t care about that. They gave this poor inexperienced young girl that had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She was so sweet but the owner of this salon decided to throw her in when she had no clue, I had to walk her through how to do acrylic nails basically. Terrible company for treating their new employees this way. No one checked in on her once either.
