You do it online… obviously NOT busy but too busy to have good customer service or any manners for that matter. I’ll stick to Lilys Thank you very much.
For my first appointment they asked what design in I wanted in advance and said it would be 70 plus 10 for a manicure. I asked for a mani and they did absolutely nothing except to trim my cuticles a little. There was no actual mani and they still charged me the 10. Then when I went to pay they said it was 95 dollars, they tried to charge me 10 dollars for a credit card fee when I was paying cash, they took it off and then I asked why it was still 85 when we discussed 80 and they said 85 is the price, when I tried to ask them to explain it to me multiple times just so I could know why I was paying 5 dollars more they would not respond and just shrugged at me. Then I showed them that they messaged me saying 80 and they would still not acknowledge me. All they said is the price can change.
It is unfair to say one price then change it. I told them that they should just tell me next time that the price can change but they were still very rude and didn’t respond.
For my next appointment they messaged me several times confirming my appointment i made months ago then they canceled it because I didn’t respond one time which is completely unprofessional after I had already made the appointment and confirmed many many times.
