I truly wanted to like this place, I went three days ago to get acrylics, and this is how my nails look. I have been wearing Neosporin, feeling pain and bleeding. Now I am not bleeding but I can’t pass my fingers through my hair without this getting stuck in my nails. I’m sure other people have a great experience in this salon, cause there were other people who were being treated much better than I was. The lady who attended me was rude to me, when I politely asked her to please even my nails cause they were crooked. Heads up if you’re a woman of color, you’ll may not get the best treatment.

I used to love this place. I have been a customer for about 20 years. But it has changed. It is not clean. The tv’s that played the news have been turned off and Christian music is playing. It no longer feels welcoming. So sad. I still love the ladies who have worked there for so long, but i am not a fan of the new owner’s changes.

Karen’s Nails is the best! Karen herself is absolutely wonderful and values each and every customer and my goodness her memory is amazing because she remembers all of her clients by name! All of the employees are great and have done an amazing job in my experience. Thankful to finally have a nail place I can trust 🙂

My mother and I both had an absolutely wonderful experience. She did an amazing job catering to my requests of the nail shape, design and my desires while also keeping in mind the budget I had for my nails. We both experienced excellent customer service and on top of that the women doing our nails were wonderful to talk to. Absolutely love the way all of our nails came out, quality was excellent. safe to say we found our new regular nail salon!

Had my nails done by Wendy! She was absolutely amazing and friendly, and did my nails just like the reference picture I showed her. Got a gel manicure w/ designs and came out to be 42 dollars.
