It’s a shame that I got to write this because I was actually coming for a while and brought multiple people with me for business but after the phone call I just had with whoever makes appointments was APPALLING. This lady that refuses to say her name asks me for my age for no apparent reason in determining whether to book a nail appointment with me. I tell her that I just want a fill and pedicure. She struggles to give me the time but then tells me to come an hour before they close. She then calls back and tells me that she can’t do my fill because the technicians are not available. I told her that’s fine I’ll just do the pedicure and tried to schedule something for the next day. I was trying to figure what my nail techs name was that usually does my nails because mind you I’ve been there more than once without a complaint and she gave me the WORST attitude about it. She proceeded to call me “girl” and asked for my age which we don’t know why and definitely sounds discriminatory. When I asked her name she refused and tried to scold me. Communication is key and attitude is everything and it’s really disheartening and I’m providing you a fair warning to bypass the hassle and go somewhere else. They don’t have wifi and they don’t know how to communicate and argue with their customers!

They need to get people in there that speak and understand English. This is the second time I’ve gone to get a simple French tip manicure with the tips put on and both times they said oh we don’t do that after I’ve called and asked them before I’ve gone in there. Definitely would not recommend going there. Unless you like to waste your time.

I have gone to Kace 9-10 times since they opened and I’ve had good an bad experiences. Today is the first time I thought, wow not going back there. I got a Dip manicure and at the end when she said ok your done I had dry hands with pink powder still on my fingers. I asked why they didn’t do the manicure and she said it’s extra. Then she proceeded to charge me $5 more than I’ve paid previous times. I am so dissatisfied with their service. I live down the street so this is no way to treat regulars. I won’t be recommended if this place to friends anymore.

I been getting my nails done for 20+ years, I even showed her a picture of how I get my nails done and length and she kept filling my nails and are so much shorter then I get. Ended up just asking for help polish as I knew I had made a mistake and should have waited the extra 12 days for my nail tech to return from vacation. Gel polish is thick, nails look like they are 3weeks old, I don’t have that new nail crispy sharp texture….. will never go there again!!!
