This was my first time at K Nails and I had a great experience! I got a simple polish change on my toes and an acrylic fill with gel on my hands. Even though I was just getting a polish change the nail tech paid attention to detail and I was very satisfied with the outcome! Mimi did my acrylic fill and was amazing! She was quick and professional and made my nails look amazing! I am picky about shape but she killed it! Their prices are fairly low as well. I will definitely be back!

The experience at this salon is different than others. It was the small things, a woman was cold and they gave her a blanket. They used a pillow under your hand while applying the foil to remove your nails. They gently placed your foot on the stool for painting. It was more of a luxurious feel, yet the same competitive pricing of other places. Cindy did my nails and they are perfect. She paid close attention to detail. She explained what she was doing and why. The color was epic and the shape was beautiful. The hand massage I got afterwards was the icing on the cake. Truly a great experience and cannot wait to go back.

First impressions are everything!! I come to this nail salon for my nail technician, who has been doing my nails for over 2 years. Wherever she goes, I go! She was out of town and I really needed to get my nails done so I decided to trust someone else. My appointment was at 11a. I usually get dip on my nails and it always takes less than one hour. I left at 1p. He took 2 hours to do mine, which you’d think my nails would look spectacular but they don’t! He started my nails and then walked away to help another technician finish another client. He didn’t excuse himself, made no mention of finishing someone else’s nails, didn’t ask if I was ok waiting while he helped someone else. Nothing! He just expected me to sit there waiting on him as if my time was not important. He only excused himself when I asked him if he was going to continue getting up to do other people’s nails, as I was willing to walk out and go somewhere else. Meanwhile, 2 other clients walked in 30 minutes after I did, got their nails done and left before me. I gave him specific instructions, more than once, of what I wanted, which he didn’t do and then put it on me by telling me that I didn’t remind him. I’m a business person! If my clients are not happy, I’m not happy and I will never allow my clients to leave unhappy. I will make sure I do right by them. My nails are bulky, the edges around the cuticle don’t have clean lines and they’re even slightly slanted. When I pointed out that they looked bulky, he told me it was because he still had to apply the top coat and once applied, they would look completely different. They would look great. I mean…is it a magical top coat? Oh and the thumb nail broke 3 days later!!I should have trusted my instincts and walked away. Definitely not impressed.

K Nails has been “my place” for almost two years. Before K Nails, I could not find a salon that I wanted to stick with.

Trang always does a wonderful job with my nails.
The owners and all the employees are welcoming, friendly, and professional.

Their new location on Henderson is awesome and enjoyable.

I definitely recommend K Nails…and ask for Trang! She’s amazing!

Love, Love, Love KNails! They have been in this location for 2.5 years now and before they were next to the Publix on Gandy near Target before they tore it down to build a new Publix. The owners are very nice, Cindy & Joe, the staff is amazing, the salon is new/clean and they also offer waxing and lashes. They sell gift cards too! Make an appointment or walk in, they treat you like family every time.
