I debated whether or not to write a review because it’s not something I usually do, but it has been 24 hours since I got my nails done and I feel like I have to say something. Yesterday, I went in to get a fill-in and while getting my nails done, I noticed that two of them didn’t match the rest. I had chosen a neutral color since they were out of the first two colors I picked, which I understood. However, during the process, my service provider kept wiping off the polish due to dust particles and ended up applying five coats to try and hide it. At that point, I couldn’t stay silent anymore. I want to clarify that I never blamed the artist, but I was just extremely frustrated and asked if they could remove the color and let me leave as is.
When it was time to pay, the manager or owner charged me $45 for the service, even though I left with nails that look like the ones in the photos below. As a small business owner myself, I can’t imagine letting a customer walk out of my establishment feeling so disappointed. And to make matters worse, three of my nails have already broken since yesterday.
I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The best nail salon ever. I get my fill in and pedi every few weeks. They always make me look great!!!! I couldn’t be happier. Everyone is great! Everyone is so kind… overall I highly recommend this salon to anyone that wants to look great, good prices and feel amazing.

I love KNails. I have been going to this salon for 13 years. It has recently been renovated in the last year and they are always getting new colors. They are friendly, helpful, and they always do a great job on my hands and feet.

I came across K Nails when I needed to get some extensions soaked off, and I’m so glad I did because I’ve been coming back ever since! The salon is beautiful and well kept, everyone is kind, and I’m so happy with my nails. Dion is the best and I highly recommend her. She listens to me and executes everything perfectly. I get gel builder manicures and I can go 3+ weeks with it, her work is immaculate. I can’t say enough good things!

I went in on a Saturday for a gel manicure, by Monday 3 nails started peeling and chipping. I went in and they redid the nails that were messed up. The next day, 3 of my other nails started to chip so I had to go back in and get those redone. So now it is Friday, not even a week after, and my other nails that they did not offer to redo are peeling. So within 2 days of visiting the salon after my original visit they redid 6 out of 10 nails. If the other nails were chipping and peeling already, why not offer to redo the whole set? So I have gone into the salon 3 times in 1 week and now I still have nails that are peeling because they didn’t fix all of my nails from the beginning. They were obviously done wrong and I pointed out that all of the nails were starting to come up but they only offered to fix the ones that were obviously chipped. I don’t think it’s fair as a paying customer to have to come in not once but twice to get my nails fixed and now the other nails that they didn’t fix are peeling off. Why should I pay $50 for gel nails if they aren’t going to last more than 5 days? I’ve never had this problem before. I am not hard on my nails at all. Very unhappy and I would not go here for a gel manicure
