K nails

If I could give zero I would… I went Saturday and had my nails done and showed him the image of what I wanted. The image I showed him he said he could do the exact same. After getting down they did not look like the picture but I was fine with them. I got home and after washing my hands all my nails started bubbling and seeping polish. I called first thing Monday as they were closed Sunday and they said they could fix. I then went in and he “fixed” three nails and said the rest were fine as I showed him they were bubbling and doing the same as the ones he was fixing. After he did new polish on the three nails he put me under the light and as soon as the time went off he waved at me and just said goodbye you can leave now very rudely. After leaving and getting home once again I noticed my nails were bubbling and seeping polish once again. I called first thing this morning just to see if I can get a refund and the owner stated we don’t do refunds but I can try and fix one more time. After asking how he would fix he said he would do the same as last time and he could not refund and this would be the last time he would fix. I explained I just wanted a refund and he insisted they don’t do refunds nor would they provide one. I am all for customer service and I feel like this business could help customers a little more efficiently and in this case I know they are offering to fix but they are only going to do the same once again that they did yesterday which is likely going to do the same as before.

I told the guy I wanted thick nails and he gave me thin nails, and he ripped all my old nails off, didn’t put a base coat on and all my nails were a different length. he tried arguing with me that he put gel on my nails and I know for a fact he didn’t gel never comes in powder form ( I went to school to be a nail tech) and he just continued to argue with me I’m never going there again

I recently switched to them a couple months ago. The couple that owns it are nice and sweet. Takes a couple of times for them to open up to you, but once you get to know them they are really nice and do great work.

The family loves to crack up and joke with you. The man is always very pleasant to me and my daughter in the beginning my nails were not staying on because of my job and he changed it up to pink gel which is stronger hold and now my nails are lasting me 2 weeks which is the recommended fill in. There Niece is wonderful and so is his Wife. I recommend everyone to them after a very bad experience at the nail salon in Walmart. My nails are not to thick there perfect. Love this place

Wow. I will never come back to this place. They didn’t even ask me anything except what I wanted not one other word.
And I paid for a good pedi got nothing the hot towel was to wipe my legs!!!
