This salon is not trained at doing dip powder. Their pedicures are average. Dip powder is average in general so I kept going until today. The guy who works there doesn’t know what he’s doing. I previously got him and I had to return to the salon because my nails were peeling the next day. Today he filed my nails such that they dip inward in the middle and are sharp on the edges! They look worse than press-on. I told him I didn’t like it and he ignored me. He said he was still fixing it but by the time he was done he had filed my nails so short that there was nothing he could do to fix it. My nails were filed into a shape that is nothing like my natural nail beds. I’ve never had such a poorly done dip powder service ever. I’ve been filing them all day and there’s no hope. After today I won’t be returning to this salon after giving them my business for 5 months. (Photos are taken after I filed down the awful edges, still look bad)

I had been going here for a few months for nails. No problem. I thought I would get a pedicure. Worst mistake ever, they are not qualified to touch for feet. I asked someone to take an ingrown nail only if she knew how she completely messed up my nail shape & made the pain worse. At one point a lady laughed when I demanded they fix it. Then after the pedicure the lady I was supposed to get my nails done by overbooked & I had to get my nails done with someone else. This morning my nail hurts after a pedicure I payed $70 for. For all the inconvenience they gave me $5 off. The foot in the picture isn’t even the one that was bad. It just started hurting this morning too. Extremely unprofessional. Don’t spend your money here they don’t value you.

I’ve been coming here for a few months and I’ve always have the best and clean service. Mary is absolutely amazing and my nails always come out beautiful! The staff is super nice. The prices are listed right at the front so there’s no confusion and you can always call ahead!

I have to come on her and give flowers to the young ladies that did my nails last night! I came in an hour before they closed and they got me in and out, with great quality work. I had someone and my hand and on my toes SIMULTANEOUSLY! It felt luxurious, even though I came right before they closed and Im sure they’re ready for the day to end i didn’t feel that energy while these ladies serviced me. They were both very kind and helpful even outside of my nails. Im almost itching to return! Thank you again!

Such a lovely experience! I’d highly recommend. Not only were the staff kind they were very accommodating. I received a manicure, a pedicure, my eyebrows done & my sister got the same. This first image with all the tie-dye Color scheme was done entirely free-hand! I was in awe of this nail techs skills. I already think doing nails is an art form, but to had this detailing/art is amazing! I wish they weren’t all the way in the corner of the Mall, I feel a lot of people are missing out cause they can’t & don’t see them(Unless you’re visiting the Dollar Store). I was also pleased with how clean every corner of the place was..they were close to closing, but still took us & took their absolute time on each nail, that was very comforting. A lot of nail salons I’ve experienced in the past rush when it’s time for them to leave(understandably so) but I think they shouldn’t take a new person on if it’s close to closing. Lastly I love that they have a sign in area that offers a coupon after filing out the form about your health(referring to COVID). So happy I found this salon & I look forward to coming back!!
