I’ve been getting dip manis here for over a year, despite some frequent concerns. I’d say that’s more than enough time to give them a fair chance but sadly it’s time to start looking for a new place to go. I won’t say my tech’s name here because they’re always very nice but I hope this feedback comes as constructive and as an opportunity for improvement.

Today I tried French tips for the first time and they look so sloppy. The red needs more coats because it’s not even and the lines/edges are messy and not sharp. Details matter when paying $65 for this kind of service! I don’t want to hear that I should have said something when I was there. I should not have to tell the professionals that this does not look good. I feel like I’m constantly having to nitpick details, as I am the type to pay close attention during my appointment.

Other feedback:
– I always make an appointment. Yet more often than not, we start 15-30 minutes late. What’s the point of making an appointment? I even saw a lady walk out in the middle of her appointment with a half-done set because the staff were so distracted helping other people and answering the phone during her appointment. You’ll also notice on their website that they book individual tech appointments every 15 minutes which seems insane and impossible. This sends a message to the customers that the business values quantity over quality. My time is valuable and with this being a consistent issue, it makes me not want to come back.

– I always have nail dust bumps in my nails (see photo #9) because they don’t brush off their own hands when I wash my hands, before applying the top coat. Further, sometimes the tech will do a final file/shape at the very end after polish, before oil (which I very much appreciate) but won’t brush any of the dust off before applying oil, then rubs all the dust in with the oil and lotion and that just feels gross!

– I don’t like glitter (especially when I get black polish and it’s very noticeable) and I frequently find glitter in my top coat.

– Often rushed, distracted service leads to cut/bleeding cuticles. I know you all are busy but nail treatments should never hurt (this is why so many of us have trouble “relaxing our hands”)

I’ve gone here long enough to have walked away happy sometimes, but it’s inconsistent and the lack of care for details makes me feel like I have to be in charge of how good my service is by always speaking up. I just want to go to a place where I can trust the pros to do all those little things automatically so I can sit back and relax. I know nails are a luxury and I’m willing to pay good money and tip for good service!

Don’t get me wrong, there are positive things about this place but the negatives are stacking up and starting to outweigh the good…

Giving 3 stars because the pedicure was amazing. I love it, I think his name is Greg he took his time and did it right. Also the place is clean and very nice. I didn’t like how the staff was so pushy, the lady that did my nails was on the phone the whole time she did my nails and was rude, she didn’t take the time I wish she would of. This is the second time I do dip with them, first time random cracks appeared after a couple of days, I decided to given them a second chance but now I’m on day 4 of dip again and already chipped. It’s too expensive and definitely not worth it.

I am so disappointed w the service I’ve received here. It has barely been one week since I received a dip manicure and my nails have already chipped around the edges and cracked through the nail. I got my nails done right before my birthday trip and on the trip they started cracking and chipping. On top of that, the pedicure I received was very bad! The nail tech rounded my nail bed which is terrible as most know this is how ingrown nails form. Anyway, the dip is not worth it. Anywhere else I go my nails last me at least 3 weeks. It’s not even a week and I already started seeing my natural nails fall apart. My ring finger, middle, and pointer all have cracks through my nail. And then on my other hand, my pointer, middle finger and pinky have chipped corners. I had to file my nail down so that the edges wouldn’t knock my clothes or scratch my skin which is super disappointing considering it’s my natural nail and it’s misshaped now. I will not be coming back here! This was my second time here and any time I asked for my nails to be done to my liking, the nail techs ALWAYS wanted to argue with me. If someone is paying for a service, they have every right to make sure the service is to their liking.

Also- don’t mind the nasty cuticles. Pretty embarrassing but with the way my nails look- doesn’t really matter.

The experience itself wasn’t bad at all, unfortunately the quality of service after I left was an issue. I get a dip manicure and can make it 3+ weeks before I need to get them redone, but within a few days of getting my nails done here, they had cracks running through them. This has never happened before, so I’m not sure if it’s because a dryer wasn’t used or what created this issue, but I was disappointed after reading so many great reviews. My nails looked great prior to the cracks, I just wish they would have lasted longer!
