I’ve got my nails done 3 times at this place and 2 out of 3 times I’ve broken two of my REAL nails that were an inch and a half long that I made them cut bc two fake nails wasn’t sitting right for me. Moral of the story, I’ve had long real tips since I’m 15 and break one or two of them a year AT MOST. Real nails need to be treated differently than fake tips being that acrylic is like super glue to a fake tip but will not hold forever when it comes to a human real nail. Yesterday was my forth time walking in that I left before JASON was even done applying the acrylic. Took the polish off and instantly started applying the acrylic without fixing my lifted nails. 45min in to still be asking to add more acrylic to the points of my nails were looking like a pyramid of acrylic, Jason then tells me “next time to go to someone else” while I was still holding on to being patient and kind in the process. With knowing I wasn’t going back to him ever again, he then put the acrylic away with my nails still lifting and was carelessly smacking my nails with the trill. While getting emotional trying to stay calm and stay respectful in the process STILL, he winded up slicing deep into my skin and instead of cleaning the blood that is now dripping on the counter, he proceeded to drill my gushing nail. That was the moment I lost it. I went to the owner to tell him what happened STILL BEING RESPECTFUL “Jason’s work is very good but if you don’t know how to handle real nails just say that instead of using it as a experimental time. I’m very dedicated to my nails and was traveling back to NY till I met you guys and lost 2 nails out of the 3 times I’ve came here. I’m not trying to police, just please put me w someone else.” The owner then started arguing w me saying how I “need to give him a chance” and started asking how long does my nails usually last which was the most ignorant part(when like I stated I only break one or two nails a year at most when I’d go back to NY to get them done) god for bid I had a disease and the next guest got infected from the droppings that was made. Funny how the owner was defending Jason when he treated Jason poorly with the small amount I’ve been there. After the owner thought his disrespect was enough said he told me to sit like a dog and I winded up leaving and went to USA Nails who was a very clean, welcoming and considerate of the situation. Knj owner needs to learn to be more professional and considerate of not only his workers but his guest mainly. 0/10 never again

thanks to JASON being so patient with me (bc lk I can be annoying with perfections..)The designs are always fun the shape is always perfect
Now I know what the hype is about. Upon first meeting him I notice he was very sweet and gentle. He gave me his phone to look through designs he’s done.
He is an absolute artist. The way he would grab each finger and position them for what he needed to do was so technical and skillful. I have honestly never seen anything like it! Every thing he did was so precise. I was so happy to have come across this place and look forward to my next appointment

I use to drive 35 minutes to go to my nail tech, who I have been going to for 8 years. Due to the drive, I decided to start going to K&J nails in brick because it’s up the street from me! Everyone is super professional! A big shout out to Jason though! My nails are incredibly sensitive, to the point where the drills bother me, Jason is very considerate and patient with me! He did such a great job! I would highly highly recommend him!

Zero stars if possible. Do not recommend. Had a pedicure Friday and it was the most painful experience and the most awful pedicure I’ve ever received. Terrible. Pictures are attached.

Absolutely love this place can not recommend enough. Jason is amazing I Highly recommend him he is very patient and pays attention to detail and makes sure you are happy with the length/ color/ design. The owner is very nice and welcoming. Karena (hope I’m spelling her name correctly 🫣) is amazing as also I go to her for my pedicures, she has conversation and is so nice and down to earth. Not to mention they are redoing the entire place (even though it was already beautiful) and expanding to make it bigger 🤗. Again love this place and the people !
