I really hate writing bad reviews, especially for small businesses, but at some point they need to know. I was in for a pedicure and fill. Pedicure was fine but obviously the fill was done poorly. I asked the nail tech why the acrylic looks like that and then if we can just paint it one solid color. I don’t know if he couldn’t understand me or just didn’t want to. He said they look so nice! I had to go to another salon to get them redone, and even they said, they shouldn’t have let you walk out looking like that. Overall uncomfortable experience, I won’t be back.

This is what you get when you get a pedicure here. I get pedicures twice a month and wanted to try somewhere closer. Welp, bad idea. I had him take the nail polish off before I left because it looked like a five year old painted them and he proceeded to tell me it’s because I needed gel polish not regular (I get gel on my fingers never my toes just personal preference.) I am highly disappointed. He hacked one of my toe nails and short as it would go and told me no no it was like that when you came. He filed my big toes and that was it. Paid for my pedicure and left, didn’t even want to get my fingers done here. Don’t waste your money… just spent $50 to have to leave and go somewhere else and have them fix another persons mistake!

They are superior in customer service and services done. Cindy did these after the other nail salon in lapeer did me wrong. Flawless, exceptional work with amazing customer service to go with it. Will be a returning customer for sure

I have gone a few times. The last time I went to get a manicure and pedicure before going to a wedding. Immediately my big toe was really red, before the weekend wedding-I has a red line going up my foot. Ended up in ER with an infection. Apparently these type of infections can be very dangerous. The doctor put me on antibiotics and it went away. I stopped by the salon twice and called twice to talk to the owner-no return call. I did want to find out what would cause something like this to happen. With no response, I don’t see any reason to go again. Find another salon.
