Just relocated near Marysville and have been searching for a new regular nail salon to get my nails done. This salon is located in downtown Marysville, the buildings have been around a long time. In fact this nail salon has been at this location 20 years. Anna did a great job, they are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this salon.

I will never go anywhere else! Ana and Vince are the sweetest people and always do an amazing job that lasts at least a month without lifting!

My great grandma, grandma and mother have been coming here for years. I remember being a little girl coming here with my grama and she’d get her nails done. Well I’m 27 now and I won’t go anywhere else. Not only because it’s a family friendly business but because it is so refreshing to go to a nail salon and not feel out of place or uncomfortable. They truly care about what you want and are very thorough. I’ve tried many other salons and they have all been disappointing. I highly recommend this nail salon!

It was going to be my FIRST time here. I called, to ask how much gel fill was with one color only. Also, I called to come in. I had never been here, the lady told me the price was going to be 30 dollars. I said great, I’ll come now. She said no, I don’t have time for you, you make appointment only. I said okay what time are you free today? She tells me 11. I said okay great. I’ll be there. So I struggle to find the shop, and I call her to ask where she is but she vaguely would explain then hang up. And I kept telling he, “Hey it’s your appointment, I can’t find your shop but I’m on 4th street, can you help me find you? By now it was 11:05 pm, my appt was at 11am. I kept calling back, eager to find the shop to shop to fill this appt, as I needed my nails done badly. After a hunt, I FINALLY FOUND THE SHOP.

But when I arrived, the lady didn’t smile or greet me in any Professional manner at all. She didn’t give me a single smile or even a hello, when I spoke I was being so kind, I said ,” hey happy to finally find your shop, it was hard to find at first.” She didn’t say anything but how can I help u? I said, “yes, I’m your 11am appt. I just spoke to you, on the phone trying to find the shop. ” she then said ok how I can I help you. I said yes a fill if you recall on the phone when I called this morning but you told me to come at 11am, I need a Gel Fill. She then says yes 35, I said No, you told me 30 on the phone. She said well I haven’t seen your nails yet. I just need a simple ONE COLOR GEL FILL! and she says you can leave, I was shocked!!! So quickly! How disgusting of scum service this was. There was no service at all. I had simply said, “$35? You told me $30 over the phone when I called”. But she IMMEDIATELY jetted to saying well you can leave. The she walked toward the door and made me leave. I couldn’t believe the Level of disservice this was. How dare she? After I called early this morning at 9am and she tells me over the phone make appt, appt for you at 11. Then I come at 11 and get treated like this???

Listen folks. It’s not about 5 bucks here. $30 or $35, none of it matters to me. The point of it all is the price discrepancy. I specifically asked for a fill with ONE COLOR WITH GEL POLISH and she tells me $30 dollars, then when I get there it’s a complete waste of time. She ups the price and says, well I haven’t seen your nails yet, to then telling me to leave when I mention once that she told me $30 dollars over the phone. Such Terrible customer service, this a business. A nail shop. And this lady had me wait for her because she said it was just only her today, so we booked an 11am appt. I come, and she shoves me away because she told me fill was 30 dollars over the phone but tells me 35 in person. This level is customer service is so terrible.

This was my first time trying to get my Nails done here. I wanted to find a local shop that I could come to if ever needed my business.

Please fix this lady’s problem and attitude. Please help her to treat customers better. She shouldn’t be treating poeple this way. I have read the reviews and I can tell the bad ones are about her. The hanging up the phone, the things she says,etc.

Been going to Vince and Anna for years. They’re the only place I haven’t gotten fungus on my nails. Very pleased with their work. Best thing to do is call and make an appointment. They’re so good they fill up fast.
