This is a gel manicure after 4 days. I have not been doing anything crazy with my hands to cause this. When I went in to ask if it could be fixed, the long haired guy told me it’s my natural nail growing out and then got upset when I asked for it to be fixed or a refund. The other lady in the shop had to calm him down.

It was very upsetting to have this happen and I had to stand my ground to finally get a refund. It’s just crazy for customers to be treated this way.

I heard a lady being treated this way a couple years ago when I tried this place out (terrible manicure then as well) and thought surely maybe they had learned some customer service skills since then.

Took my 12 year old for her first set of acrylics and boy let me tell you!!!!! She knew what she wanted and I could not see it but her nail tech definitely understood the assignment. She walked away absolutely LOVING her very first set. We will definitely be back!

The lady who did my pedicure was extremely kind and gave a gentle and comfortable pedicure. I love the design she put on my toes. However, I’m sad to report that after 2.5 weeks the shellac polish began to lift off all my toenails. Typically my shellac pedicures last 5-6 weeks without lifting. I’m unsure why this pedicure has failed to last.

The man who did my manicure initially told me he could not do what I asked, but eventually gave it a try and the end result looked nice. However, after 2 weeks my dip started chipping off and 4 of my nails were broken off by week 3. (I can typically go 4 weeks on a dip manicure without breaking)

With the price of services, I’d desire longer lasting results. For this reason I likely won’t return.

I had the super deluxe pedicure, Judy was incredible. I was able to make my appointment online, super easy, there was availability right away. I got there early and was able to be seen immediately.
Honestly. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Judy and I had great uplifting conversation during the treatment, and she is a deeply positive soul.
