Went in three days ago for a pedicure. The male tech was awful. He pulled on my skin and didn’t stop when I told him he was hurting me. He also did a terrible job applying polish.
My big toes is now swollen and red, it does look infected.
I have never experienced anything like this. I did see other poor reviews about this technician. I wonder why they keep him on.

2022 Halloween nails with attitude. Kevin did a great pumpkin 🎃
Got our Easter nails and samples the new pedicures. So relaxing! The cucumber wrap is amazing and stimulating. Love the variety of scents and choices a deluxe pedicure. My legs and feet feel amazing. Kevin always takes the time get all of my cuticles and calluses trimmed. Saves a trip to the podiatrist.
Fall nails are amazing!!! Always a great job by Stacey.
Love my summer nails. Stacey did an amazing job on my fill and my mom’s.
We received amazing pedicures. So relaxed and legs are super soft. Feet are happy and smiling

I’ve looked around the entire Salt Lake City area and JTB and V & M nail spa are my two go to’s. Tom is very good at his job while being kind and considerate. The prices are honestly the best you’ll find for the excellent service and treatment you get. I drive all the way from Provo to see Tom! He’s great.

Wonderful first time experience. They did a great job with the massage, exfoliating, and painting the nails. Vi & Jenny were awesome, they’re from Vietnam. Entertaining conversation and well priced.

Ok so I’ve been doing nails for about a year i would know many of the basics and i came in because i’m moving and put all of my acrylic away but had to get them done so i decided it it wouldn’t be bad to get them done. I walked in and was shook bc it was $30 for a full set and i was glad bc all i wanted was plain white. I go and sit down and she asked if i wanted gel or regular polish, on acrylic??? regular polish??? i get gel but regular polish?? and i had to pay $10 for the gel??? So it was 40. So i was expected to pay $30 for regular polish on acrylic for it to chip the next day? Absurd. I kept saying well i want white acrylic and no colored gel on top bc it makes it look thicker and cheap. She just kept repeating the prices and the gel and regular gel. So i just said gel. So they only have clear polish. Very little prep before hand i had simple clear gel i had put on and thank goodness i had my cuticles somewhat prepped because she stayed clear from them. She did it too sloppy and quick like tapping all over the nails i was so worried and hoped she would slow down and paint it slow and have it smooth. She used so much gel and still did a second layer. I don’t know just so disappointed
