I’ve been going to this place to get my nails done for close to 10 years with my daughters. Today we walked in and had an appointment and no one bothered to greet us. The place was full so we picked out our colors and waited. No one told us how long we would expect to be waiting (again because no one even bothered to say hello). We waited fifteen minutes then decided to leave because on top of that there was another customer there with her young child who was clearly sick and coughing a lot. I was done. We got up to leave and Amy finally said that she was almost ready for us. “No, we’ll come back another time”, I said. I’m not sure I will though. I feel like they don’t honor people with appointments vs. walk ins. I’ve had this happen too many times and I put up with it because they are a decent salon and it’s hard to find a good one around here but I give up. I’ll find a new one.

Amy and the girls are awesome! Everything is very clean and will managed. I’ve been going here regularly for over 5 years and always have a great experience. My dip manicure will last over 3 weeks with no chipping. I can’t say enough about how great Joy Nails is!!!

Genuinely quite disappointed…
I had this place highly recommended to me. But I think the pics speak for themselves. Not my cuticle line, lumpy and my fingernail peeled in half in 48 hours. I could have done a better job myself. I will say the tech was super nice to my ten year old who went for a pedi and I think they did a better job on pedis. But I’m soooo sad bc I really just wanted a quality place that was local. It’s not like I don’t tip well 🙁

This place is a gem! I used to live right behind the store. They were always clean and friendly. I wish they did poly gel/liguid gel then I would drive the extra mile! It’s hard to find clean and professional nail salons around here!!

So unsanitary!!! This place uses a little tiny sanitizer for everything! The foot basins are barely clean, the put a little bit of soap and wipe. This does NOT kill fungus! They also use the same tools on everyone. This place is gross, cheap owners need to get the plastic covers that makes the bowls sanitary. And some mail places use new tools for each client. I included a picture with the treatment that I have to use now! Also the women are nasty and talk about everyone. Some woman walked into joy nails instead of the store next door and she laughed maliciously and said “ Haha she went to the wrong door!” I will NEVER go to this nail salon ever!!!!
