What a disappointment of an experience. I can say that after years of getting my nails done I have never been more disappointed and dissatisfied with a service. I did my due diligence of calling to schedule an appointment, ensuring they are able to accommodate the service I wanted; they were. Once I arrived, and once already in the middle of taking my existing dip off, they explained they do their dip differently, using clear dip and gel polish over the dip (something they could have told me over the phone or before they started the dip removal process). Within 12 hours of my manicure, the dip chipped. By day 2, four nails chipped. I should mention I wasn’t doing anything strenuous during this time. They have a “guarantee” they will fix anything, they don’t change their process and they refused to refund my money. I ended up waiting a half hour to get my nails “fixed”, I chose the gel manicure, which was a cheaper service than I originally paid. Within 24 hours, the gel chipped. I will never be going back there!

The lady who answered the phone told me that I needed to put my credit card down for a walk in appointment 30 minutes later. Which if that’s the policy, sort of odd considering not another nail salon in Columbus requires that, but to each its own. When she told me there was no availability today, I said okay never mind thank you anyways! And instead of replying with a “sorry about that” or “no problem, have a nice day” she didn’t even say bye. She just hung up the phone. Definitely won’t be going here again.

Just got my nails done by Jessie and she was wonderful! My nails look great. Inside is very clean and they even offer delicious cocktails. I’ll be back!

My girlfriend came in Tuesday @ her 1:45 pm appointment and didn’t leave until 3:55pm and she is more gentle with her nails and actually takes much pride in her nails and how much it compliments the everyday things that that I as her man doesn’t quite understand but I will say…. Her nails have been chipping off and this wasn’t an even done 36hours ago 😅. What a joke! This has been quite an experience watching from seeing her nails literally fall apart and basically just watching her take no joy in one of the very few things she does for herself and herself only (getting her nails done). Even I can say, what a horrible job they did! Thanks for the $82 dollars that gave her not even 3 hours of satisfaction before her nails staring chipping away!!!
