I enjoyed my appointment very much!!! The atmosphere is very tranquil, peaceful, and quiet. The environment is beautifully and stylishly decorated! The staff is very professional, personable, and friendly. The service is great. And it was actually really nice visiting a nail salon that operates by appointment-only, as it greatly limits the number of patrons present at any given time and allows for a far more quiet environment.

Dropped off my mom for 10am appointment yesterday. The first pic shows the quality of their SNS. When complained, she said I’m willing to fix it. She still wasn’t able to satisfy us. I think if I watched some videos on YouTube, I could have done better job than this and save $165. The second pic is for the next day!!!! Hate to leave bad reviews, but this business is nothing but ripoff.

I was early for a doctors appointment so decided to pop in for a mani/pedi. Glad I did. Staff was friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional. Their work is beautiful, even though my nails were very short. I will definitely make the time to come back.
