Less than impressed. I had a gift certificate so I headed over on a Sunday morning to have a manicure & pedicure (gel for both – I mention this because gel is very durable). No one was overly friendly, but that may have just been the language barrier, so no real issue with that. I was happy to finish my work on my phone without the conversation. The young lady that did my nails was Hana. Aside from one nail not being filed crookedly, I had no issue at first glance. The days following are a different story. It’s been 5 days and 4 of my nails are torn half way off and one completely off to the skin. I am not sure what she did, but I’ve never experienced this with gel before. For $100 service, my nails shouldn’t be tearing. To be fair I read the reviews first so I should’ve expected this. I opted to still go only based on the other place I looked up having less stars. Now I have to go somewhere else (when they no longer hurt from tearing) and pay again. Disappointing.

I am new to the area and don’t get my nails done often. I stopped in today after work only a half hour before they close hoping that they could fit me in for a quick walk-in manicure. I was welcomed and did not at all feel rushed. When I was asked to pick out a color, the owner guided me to which nail polishes he felt were best quality. Some nail salons that I have been to have done this in order to charge me extra for a different kind of polish, but I was not charged extra for anything and was guided in a good direction simply out of kindness. The price was good and fair, and Tom did a great job on my manicure. I will definitely be back the next time I want my nails done.

The lady that did my nails cured the polish onto my skin and I had to go elsewhere to get them removed and fixed. Application was also very bumpy. Not worth the $55

Had an amazing experience today! Nicole did my pedicure and gel Polish change, she was excellent and Steve did my nails and Daisy for my toes, he is a nail guru Beautiful job ! Lovely conversation, great vibes And respectable and if I lived here he would be my go to for nails Everytime! Thanks so much for an incredible experience 🙂

As a worker in the service industry myself, I go out of my way to be polite and respectful of my customers. The service I received was mediocre at best. For the high price they set for these nails, not only were they poorly done, the person who did my nails were rude and disrespectful.
