I had powder dip nails and tips done on August 26. Along with a gel pedicure and tip, it was $122. By August 31 there were gaps between my nails and the polish where my hair kept getting caught. On the evening of September 4, one nail just completely fell off – not during activity, nothing. As they were closed for the long weekend when I called yesterday, I called this morning to explain the situation and see if they would make it right.

I was told I could come in today and pay full price to have everything redone. I explained that they should have lasted more than a week and a half and was told that they have long-time customers whose nails last 3 weeks. I explained that that should prove something is wrong with mine, as they are falling off without reason so quickly. She said if they fell off the same day, I could have gotten this fixed but now it’s too late. While perhaps other long-time customers haven’t had this issue, I won’t be becoming a long-time customer.

I left early because the nail tech sitting beside mine was openly coughing into the air and not covering her mouth. I’m new to the area and I’ll absolutely never go back here. They still charged me $18.

JN Town Nails is the cleanest! Customers wash hands. Staff wears masks. Tools are kept clean. Everyone is friendly and remembers the way you like your manicure!
