First time coming to this nail salon & it’s going to be my usual spot from now on! The ladies who did my nails did a fabulous job & everyone working there was so friendly. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and seated and the gel nail samples were brought to me. They all were very attentive and friendly, and they must have a bunch of regulars because there were a bunch of people that came in where everyone knew eachother by name. Love that! I will be back! ❤️

The lady that did my nails today was very unprofessional, rude and inexperienced. I let her know before polishing my nails that they needed to be filed and were messy, she stated she would file after. They don’t let you wash your hands before polishing and she was upset even after I showed her the very noticeable flaws. She insisted another coat of polish was all I needed and stated the overage of glue would wash off later. She refused to file the sides evenly and then stated she would not fix and for me to leave and never come back. Even when I was paying she still was being rude and kept saying leave. I asked her to stop being rude and just let me pay. I gave the money to her in her hand and she slammed my change down on the counter, then walked away when I explained that was rude once again. The gentleman tech apologized and said have a nice day. Worst experience EVER, she was very antagonizing and rude. I would NEVER visit that establishment and she needs better training. I highly suggest not wasting your money or time going here. I’m enclosing pictures, and 1 star is only because I had to rate in order to review.

First time at this salon and I was very pleased with the service. Mia gave me an excellent gel pedicure and also introduced me to the “chrome” finish which i absolutely LOVE! I don’t live in this area, but will gladly travel the hour to come back.

The best nail salon I have went to in Gadsden! The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. I went on a Sunday morning & got sat immediately. I got the deluxe pedicure & it was great. I was given a cold water to drink while I enjoyed my pedicure. The sweet lady doing my nails even asked if I wanted a design, which I haven’t been offered at other salons in years! I of course said yes. Top notch service, very clean, timely, and beautiful results. I will be back regularly!

Took my daughter to get her nails done and told the lady to make them shorter and she told me “they not your nails they hers” charged me $20 extra when they wasn’t even long. I asked for tips for myself and the lady painted my hole nails. I would have let her fixed them but I spent 3 hours and left with my nails nothing like I asked. And was totally disrespected. Owners attitude is awful!
