I have always had a pleasant experience at J&J nails & spa. I have an allergy to gel polish & they are very receptive to my concerns & let me read ingredient labels on their acrylic. They charge fairly for nail art & are very clean & sanitary. I haven’t been surprised by prices and often the Nail Tech’s will double check that I am okay with price before they continue with service. I will continue to be a customer here 🙂

Terrible service, never going back to this place. Lina was my nail tech and she had an issue of how I wanted my nail shape and how she was leaving gaps on my nails with the gel sculpting and this is for something I am PAYING for, they talk about you in they’re language and have an attitude, she got aggravated and she told her manager to take over, everything was rushed and high priced for trash work and service!! Customer service is terrible here!! Had to go fix my nails somewhere else. Touch Nails on Park Ave is way better and worry about customer satisfaction and very welcoming!

We’ve visited for manicures and pedicures twice, and the service is excellent. They have a wonderful way of remembering their customers, and the thoughtful touch, like surprising us with a high-quality hand cream during the holidays, adds to the experience. I’ve happily recommended this place to a few friends as well.

I go and pay for a refill on Tuesday and on Wednesday my nails are lifting ! After one day! Definitely not worth the $55 and then they expect you to tip ! Why tip for a service that doesn’t even last over one day ???
