This was my first time going and the lady did a great job on my nails. She took her time and did them how I wanted them. She didn’t talk to me tho so next time I will definitely take my AirPods to listen to music or a podcast.

They overbook when you make an appointment with a specific nail tech. Then try to push someone else on you. I prefer a certain person who does an amazing pedicure. Super disappointed in how they handled my appointment today.

Always a wonderful experience with my daughter and her friends. They pamper them like queens! They have 2 kid chairs, tablets when needed. We usually use them towards the end because my appt lasts longer. They are so friendly and remember us every time!
(Toe nails last forever! Last photo was 3 weeks after-no joke)

Ling did an amazing job on my nails! I am visiting from out of state and had decided not to get dipped nails as I’ve had some wildly different results from various salons so I was reluctant to take a chance. Because my nails are so fragile and thin, Ling suggested I get the dip powder, so I hesitantly agreed. I emphasized that I like them thin and natural looking (not a fan of the bubble/thick look) but I was unsure of how they would turn out. I did not have to worry! Ling was very gentle on my sensitive nail beds and did a fantastic job on the dip powder technique. So, so happy with how they turned out!
My friend went in for a French tip gel application and she was very happy with the results from Tom.

Jessica’s Nails is a bait and switch scam. They have a large sign out front advertising a manicure & pedicure for $35. I called and told them I was interested in their $35 manicure & pedicure. They asked me if I could come over right then so I did. When I got there, I told them I wanted the $35 manicure and pedicure and DID NOT want gel because gel damages my nails. The man who did my nails didn’t or couldn’t speak much English but did an ok job. When I went to pay, I was told I owed $55! I asked why, and the man who did my nails couldn’t explain so another staff member came over who also didn’t speak much English. A customer overheard my question and said they were charging me because they used gel polish!. I said again I specifically told them I did not want gel because gel damages my nails. Since they acted like they couldn’t understand what I was saying, I paid them what they charged, but I will NEVER go there again since they did a bait and switch on me. Anyone who goes there should make sure they don’t do this to you!
