There is no process. You have to somehow figure out that you’re supposed to sit near the person who you want to do your nails…. Who doesn’t do designs. The main lady does designs and has an attitude. You’ll never know what is happening unless you push yourself in. Awful service, awful nails, awful place. Find a different place to get your nails done. All of the bad reviews are accurate, don’t think maybe it’ll be different for you. She main lady is only nice to people she knows and who have been going to her for a while. My nails chipped within 2 days and 1 completely came off within 4 days.

Three stars for good pedicure service, however I’m not likely to return. I’ve had waxing done by an associate who made cracks about my age and weight every visit. When I had to have my acrylic nails removed prior to a medical procedure, the nail tech argued with me about it and demanded to know my private health information. I go to salons for a relaxing day out, not to have to pay for disrespect.

My first visit at this nail salon, very unprofessional. I waited an hour other people kept getting put in front of me don’t understand why when I got up to go to the register to ask how long another person was placed in front of me. This is one place I would never come to and would never recommend anyone to come here. I left without getting any service done and won’t come back

Went here for the first time in years, i showed the ladyy design and she said it could be done cool. She starts doing my nails and barely puts glue in the nail and dips the acrylic in the purple solution and ontop of the glue, my nails kept falling as she was doing them. I told her i wanted my nails shorter and she kept fighting with me about how short i wanted them. Then she does what she does in a rush and when she’s done tells me to wait for a design. There’s 6 people in front of me and not a single nail tech but 1 is doing designs. Their customer service is trash. The girl who does designs is awsome in doing them but her attitude is also trash. Not surprised they hvnt been shut down yet.

Good price for a full set. The girl shaped them super good and I love the nail art. Definitely recommend for acrylics.
