My partner and I came for pedicures and manicures for the first time over the weekend. We had very different experiences, hence the 3 stars.
His nail tech was Hanna. She was friendly, very accommodating and overall awesome. He had a fabulous experience with her.
I ended up with a male(I think Ty?) He was nice but he spent around 20 minutes less on my appointment than my partner. It felt much like being on a factory conveyor belt and rushed. As you can see, both my fingernails and toenails were not fully painted and I still have dried skin around my cuticles. I have yet to decide if I will return. I would definitely recommend Hanna!

I have been going to Jenny’s for several years now and I’ve never been anything other than completely satisfied. They are exceptional! There is not a design Jenny cannot do and goes above and beyond! For pedicures, there is no one better than Shin and Hao! Highly recommend! Got my toes done by Shin today, the signature pedicure. She made recommendations to make the toe color pop and gave me a luxurious foot/calf massage.

Jenny and her staff were absolutely wonderful! It was my first time and immediately felt like I had been a client for years! When she booked me for my appointment over the phone, she took time to learn my name, and was just so kind. When I came in, she knew who I was and the entire atmosphere was just calming, especially since I have social anxiety. Danny did my nails and they were the best set of acrylics that I’ve had in a very long time. He took his time with nail prep and asked me constantly if I like them and also asked for a little bit of creative freedom with my gel color and they couldn’t have turned out better! I already booked my next appointment!

Best salon in town, hands down. Received a manicure with gel polish removal. They removed the gel correctly, not by drilling it off and damaging the nails. Hao took great care in removing the old gel, gave me a thorough manicure and precise polish application. She ASKED me if I liked the color I chose when she applied it to the first nail. Turns out I really didn’t. She helped me find one more to my liking and wasn’t “put out” that one nail had to be re-done. If she hadn’t asked, I likely wouldn’t have said anything and had polish I didn’t like. The salon is clean, well lit, staff is friendly and actually talk to you. This salon has restored my hope that there’s at least one salon in this town that can perform nail services properly. They have a new customer! Thank you Jenny’s Nails for taking such good care of my hands.
