By far the best nail salon! I’ve never been able to grow my nails out because they are so flimsy and thin, but I’ve been getting the structure modern gels done and finally have natural, long, sturdy nails. Jenny is the absolute best and such a pro at what she does. Highly recommend

Honestly one if the best extension manicures I’ve ever had. I always get my nails done when I’m in LA and am looking for the right bar- I’ve found it.
It’s a very pretty, spacious salon with comfortable chairs and swift service. Karl, who did my nails, was super friendly and very talented. They gave me wine and mimosas whilst I had my nails done, and a rose to take home when I left, which is mad cute. My nails are a beautiful shape, thin, realistic and glossy. I couldn’t be happier with them.

Super cute nail spot! Pink everything! They serve you mimosas or wine while they do your nails, super comfy pink massage chairs ! Love this place! I come all the time now!

2.8.2024 UPDATE: Happily amending my previous review. I posted the below review this morning and by this evening my nails look beautiful. The team at JennPaint contacted me right away to address my complaint. They advised of their 1 week chip
policy and requested that I come at my convenience to address the chip issue.

I went in after work and nail tech, Mia did an amazing job fixing the issue. In addition, she checked my remaining nails and preemptively did a refresh on them just make sure that the chipping didn’t start on the unaffected nails! More importantly, she explained what probably caused the chipping and made a nail care recommendation for my next appointment to address the concern.

I very appreciate the follow-up and great customer service by JENNPAINTT and it looks like I have found a nail salon home conveniently located close to the office. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

I selected JennPaint Nail Boutique based on its reviews and was thrilled to learn that the salon was within walking distance to/fro work; however the results are not what I expected from a salon of this caliber.

Like many other gel manicure reviews (which I should I have dug deeper) my gel manicure didn’t last a week. I got my manicure on Sat., 2.3 and noticed the first chip on Mon., 2.5. on my right hand. It was small and I was on a business trip so I tried not to pay attention. However by Wed., 2.7, the chipping on my right hand got progressively worse and I noticed chipping was starting to occur on my left hand -the thumb. Needless to say, I was happy/relieved that I was heading home from my work trip with my nails in such horrible condition. My coworker even commented that my nails wouldn’t chip this bad even if they were 2 – 3 weeks old and I agree, having got gel manicures before.

I typically pay about 80-90 (w/o tip) both a gel or powder manicure and regular pedicure and with that type of investment expect the results to last at least two weeks. I’m extremely disappointed. I was going to let the salon know however after reading the other reviews with similar experiences but saw no response to resolve or the customer being told should have got the “premium” gel, I’m going to go elsewhere to have my nails fixed. I think it’s unfortunate that I’m going to have to do so and spend more in the process. On a bright note, my pedicure turned out great.

Went in as a walk in for eye brows and loved the service and the environment. Super pink. I ended up getting a pedicure. I definitely recommend it. Lucy was the one who helped me and she was super nice.
