Excellent place to get your hair cut and colored. They have an amazing staff of professionals. I have had my hair cut and colored here. Super friendly. Both experiences were good and with different stylists. The salon is at the back of the store by bedding. You can easily book online sometimes the same day. If you enter the doors facing Happy Valley Rd., enter and then take the 2nd left back to the salon. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I actually like the way they cut my hair. There are many other places. I have problems of them cutting my hair. But JCpenny salon, they did an amazing job on it. I will go back again.

HORRIBLE experience! I paid $50 PLUS A TIP for a butterfly cut … that the stylist said she knew how to do and then completly cut straight across and just chopped it!!!!! She cut 9 inches off with NO layers at ALL and burnt my head in the process!!! Do not go here! They are horrible 😭refused a refund and refused a different stylist to do my hair

After waiting 40 minutes in the waiting area they told me I was scheduled in boise and couldn’t take me in. The lady from the front desk was very rude.

Went there to get a trim and the lady talking me into get face framing and I hate it it’s choppy and not at all what she said so now I have to go pay someone else to fix it also 45$ for a trim and face framing is crazy.👎👎👎
