I received the worst haircut of my 46 year life today. I asked for a 2 on the sides and back, length left on the top and then blend the sides into the top. What I ended up with is a legit bowl cut. No blending at all. I can’t see the back, but my wife and daughter said it’s really bad. She also did not clean up around my ears, I’ve got long hairs around my ears still. I cannot see the back of my neck, but I am wondering how clean it is as well. Very disappointing. After getting home and showering, I was able to see the “damage”, I called the salon and they were very kind, they said I could come in and they would fix it. I made an appointment, but am nervous….will it get fixed, or will I end up with something worse?!

Went to Penny’s hair salon since I was in between hair stylists. I usually know I can get a good cut and color at Penny’s and I wasn’t disappointed. Amanda highlighted and colored my hair. Love the color and I finally got the cut I have wanted for a long time. Love it!

I went in with the expectations of having my hair look like the photo attached but instead I got this. When I went home to assess my hair better it’s very obvious that it is nothing like the picture. My hair looks awful! And when trying to call them and get my money back because why would I want to go bathers after this, they blamed me for telling the stylist that I had liked it.🤦🏻♀️ I’m a very nice person and not confrontational, and didn’t want to be rude that’s why I called after. When trying to get my money back they said the manager would want me to come in to look at it and see if it’s worth the refund

I was so excited to try a new salon and get a new haircut. The stylist would not listen me she was to busy waiting on everyone else. I sat in her chair for 40 minute for a 10 minute haircut that cost me way too much money and was terrible. I will never go back there again!!!
