Shelby destroyed my hair. This person clearly did not understand the assignment and if you don’t know how to encounter Mexican coarse hair, you had the responsibility of letting me know. I was clear when I said I wanted my roots done but she didn’t have time to do my roots and did as she pleased. Sitting for 2hours with bleach not only ruined my hair but she didn’t work fast enough to make it leveled. I had warm tones and platinum tones. I want to also let Shelby know, even your team instructed you to work fast and told you what to do and you did the total opposite. Missed a wedding thanks to this awful turn out. The worst part is seeing all the other facial expressions while this person ruined my hair as I sat there. Samantha the manager, did not follow up once I asked to get her regional manager involved. I have spent more to fix it. Good luck if you decide to come here. No stars. Hope these pictures speaks louder than what I just wrote.

Being an older woman who actually styles her hair, I wanted a short layer cut from the 80’s and 90’s. I have gone several times with photo and instructions. I got a short chili bowl, a long chili bowl and a spike. They don’t get it -even the seasoned master cutters.

Asked for long, face-framing curtain bangs and got very short bangs that go straight across my forehead. I look like Gale Weathers in Scream 3 now. I don’t know what I did to deserve this brutality against my hair.

If I could put 0 I would on score .Went to get long layers .Walked out with front hair that was about 2 inches long and sides and bangs and back hair was 5 inches long .Wish is funny never had someone mess up this bad but can blame 2 not 1 hair styling person.She was real sweet her name p and a young girl with tattoos and short hair her name was wendy.
Wendy walked over during haircut and said every used a razor before p said no and because she didn’t have guts to tell other girl to go back to her station I end up with a crappy haircut.So neither did good on hair cut.It will take me 6 months before my hair looks right .Oh I forgot I even brought a picture to show her lol that didn’t help me or her.Wendy should have stayed at her station

I am beyond dissatisfied with the way my hair turned out. After three years of growing out my hair, went in to get a trim and have my ends colored blonde. I asked for kind of an ombre from my natural color, to blonde ends. Diva was the one to do my hair. The cut ended up extremely uneven, and she was barely able to lighten it at all. The part she bleached went up past my ears, when I specifically asked for it to stay below my shoulders. I went back the next day to see if someone else could fix it. The manager did the correction. She fixed the cut but my hair was literally orange and yellow when I left. After spending over $250 my hair looks really bad, and I am going to have to pay someone else to fix it. Please don’t waste your money. JC Penney does not know how to do hair.
