Love this salon, always willing to get me in ASAP. Melanie is pleasant, professional and a pro with hair. No matter what style me or my (bold) daughter come in with she makes it look fabulous. My daughter hates anyone to touch her hair but will sit there for dye jobs and blow out for Melanie. Check them out.

Sarah Q is absolutely amazing with hair. She is someone I can ALWAYS trust with my hair. She truly never disappoints. She takes her time and makes sure your hair comes out just the way you want it to. I have nothing but good things to say about this women, she has truly made my experience going to jcp salon 100% better. They are good!!! I really did love it there, I had a girl that had short black hair with pink at the tips, she also has a younger son and her name started with an A (can’t remember her full name super sorry) but anyway I went in February (never been to an actual place to get my hair trimmed and have highlights) to get my hair done for my school dance and I wasn’t sure what I really wanted but she was giving me so many options which was really helpful plus she was wanting to know about me and talking about her son and herself the girl that was doing other people’s hair next to me she would not shut up and towards the end my the girl that was doing my hair got in there conversation so I felt kinda weird so that’s why it’s four stars but other then that I loved it there would recommend😁

Melanie King the manager at the salon, has cut my hair for many years. She pays attention to detail, she takes the time to listen to want I want and makes sure I’m 100% satisfied. The salon is clean and the staff is amazing. I highly recommend the J.CPenny salon.

Foils and trim every 4 months. Sara Quirion is amazing. I have been going to her for over a year. Always does my hair just the way I like it and I wouldn’t have anyone else do it. Thank you so much Sara for a great experience every time
