Took my daughter and her friend to get their nails done, walked in- he was sitting on the couch with his iPad and phone, helper wasn’t even there, both girls nails looked terrible.had gel all over fingers, the star wasn’t even completed looked more like a flower than a star, the acrylics wasn’t done right at all. Both were very dissatisfied with how they looked. Man kept asking girls how many boyfriends they had. Will not be back!

Got a Memorial Day pedicure with my mom. I had Leon and my mom had his uncle. They were both amazing. Pedicure turned out great and the massage was a bonus. Will be back again soon!

I am new to the area, decided to check the place out- I almost turned around and walked out immediately and in hindsight probably should have. It smelled very strongly of cigarettes. I was low on time though so went ahead and let her do a gel manicure. She wasn’t going to trim my nails until I said something, and when she did they were so uneven. The polish is so applied so thin and several nails were cracked and chipped by the next day. She seemed extremely rushed despite there being no one else there. The place was filthy, the sink had mold and mildew all around it and the nail brush looked like it needed replaced months ago. Absolutely would never return.

My mother and I have been going to this salon for years, Probably since it opened. And we have watched it get worse every year. So last week I went to get a fillin on my set that the man gave me, and he did a good job, nails were excellent size, shape, etc. So the fillin was done by the female, and she doesn’t care about the size , shape or even color of the polish. Anyway on my way home one of the nails chipped in half. Had to go bck a few days later, and was told that it cost $5 for that nail, (she didn’t even use a tip, just applied the acrylic on my natural nail)and told me its my fault that the nail chipped and that the polish was discolored. She charged me $40 for the fillin, knowing the polish was old and looked crazy. Then $5 to fix the chipped nail, so $45 dollars for my nails to look like a child did them. I will not be going back, because it has came to my attention that they are in financial distress and are only looking out for themselves. They have become rude, and the place is very dirty, and has been for a long time. I’m now looking for my new nail salon and won’t go back to JC Nails.
