i had a terrible experience here. I got my nails done a week ago & had to go back 5 days after i got them done to get 2 nails fixed. 3 days after i got them fixed another nail broke. The lady who did my nails , Cindy, rushed ,had an attitude when i asked her to fix the shape, fix the polish. I paid entirely too much for my nails for them to be continuously breaking. very unhappy with this company & experience.

Nice staff, however NOT experienced at doing gel nails. Technician didn’t file my full nail bed, therefore the gel nail polish didn’t fully adhere. The gel polish was peeling on the edges by Day 3 (I didn’t even wash any dishes)! Will not be back, unfortunately.

Like others mentioned, the technician was very sick, still working and coughing (despite his mask). His nose was runny and visibly on his mask. It’s not a worker issue, it’s a management issue for not considering the customer experience.

Friendly staff and great foot massage.

After confirming several times they could handle my pedicure request. The nail tech did absolutely nothing. It was a total waste of my time and money. I had to make an appointment with another nail salon.

If you want to pay top dollar for a basic pedicure. This is your place!!

Fantastic salon! Enjoyed a pedicure with my daughter and mother-in-law today and the staff was very attentive and kind! The pedicure it’s was amazing and well worth the money. They took their time and did not rush. Will definitely be going back!

The best nail salon in Hillsborough NJ! The nicest staff and the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming! This nail salon is by far the cleanest I’ve been too! I definitely recommend coming to JC Nail Spa!
