The lady was sweet so the one star is for her but they are super expensive, don’t understand them and they don’t understand me. The place was filthy. She was frustrated because I wouldn’t put my feet in the bowl which had dirty tools in it
I was given a Gift Card from A Girl Scout Parent who goes in there .I found the Gift cardwhile I was cleaning my house. I called to see if I could still use it,and could I come in,which I did..I was Refused Treatment. The worker kept saying that the gift card was no good.She also stated that someone changed the Dates,which no one did.She would not even listen to or pay close attention. To the entire Gift card,which showed the card was purchased in 2023,and end of 2024,which she kept saying the 4 was a 1..smh.? How could that be.It made no sense…I did make a complaint about this business. What gets me is that as I was walking out She started talking in Her language to another worker about me..[To her, surprise, I understood what she was saying].lol…
Businesses need to be careful about talking about customers,,especially when we can hear them..More people are learning many different Languages .It’s 2023.lol
My natural nails were already long and he didn’t cut them before placing the acrylics on. One of my nails is crooked. He didn’t paint some of them all the way. Like there are corners unpainted. They’re very thick. They’re lumpy.
My friend told her lady that she wanted her nails shorter and she said “They’re fine now go wash your hands”.
Don’t get your nails done here. They’re TERRIBLE. I wish I would’ve had them take it all off. Now I understand why no one was in there in the middle of the day
