I am very happy with the service that I receive at Jazzy Nails. I get the powder on my nails and a pedicure. The environment is happy and friendly. All of the staff is professional. I’ve had both Cathy and Mary give me pedicures and they both pay attention to detail and take their time. My feet always feel so refreshed and soft when I leave. Today I had Vin do my fingernails and they look marvelous. I was way overdue. I highly recommend this salon.

Love seeing Annie here! She does a beautiful job with my nails and is always up for doing all the different designs I’ve shown her! Love the comfortable pedicure chairs, and the pedicures. Everyone that works here is super friendly and they keep things clean!

But this is probably one of the most uncomfortable and disappointment nail salon experiences I had.
I can’t complain with the pedicure the pedicure was great. But I went on a Sunday around 3:30 I was aware they were closing in a hour and half and initially I was just going for a refill so when I got there I asked if they had time I would be interested in a pedicure if not I can come back tomorrow for the other service and they said they had time for both that day. Which was great for me!
—but the lady who first started my nail set was being really rough with the electric file and kept telling me to relax my hand every 2 minutes and after a while I told her i can’t relax if she keeps pulling my fingers in a awkward position in which she then said it was just uncomfortable because she was doing my nails on the pedicure chair and she typically does them on a table? Which wasn’t my fault but I was trying to be accommodating.
— I felt like she noticed how uncomfortable I was so she started to do someone’s pedicure and they swapped me nail techs with a guy.
The guy was very friendly and I had no issues with him until I noticed how terrible the nail paint job was. He asked me if it was ok. But the whole nail service job seemed really rushed and after my experience with the First Lady I just wanted to get out so I said it was ok
—at this point I would’ve rather drove further up north to my original nail salon in lake Stevens(luminous nail salon) than this nail salon which I thought would be more convenient. Although the price point was more convenient I would rather pay extra(like I have to now to get them fixed) than how uncomfortable I felt on Sunday and disappointment.

This team of nail professionals were previously located at the Everett mall. When I found out they moved their location I had to follow. You can go in at any time of the day and their wait time is little to none. It doesn’t matter which professional you get they all work the same. They are all great at what they do and care about your wants and needs. I love coming here and usually frequent every two weeks even if I don’t need the fill just yet because the environment is relaxing and they are all very friendly and good company.

AMAZING PEDICURE at EVEN MORE AMAZING PRICE!!! I went after work for a pedicure with my sister and we both think they’re the best pedicures we’ve both ever gotten. We were helped right away, it was very clean, friendly, and so so sweet 🥹. They paid so much attention to detail and took their time with the massage both with the sugar scrub and at the end with the lotion. We will be back with friends and family.
