Very bad quality of service SNS nail broke with in 4 days of getting them done. Went back to the place and they took 0 responsibility for the quality of work they did. Given I had already paid a high price and was not satisfied from the start: the nails all look different and the quality is trash. Please don’t go here!!

Been coming to Jay Nails FAITHFULLY for 2.5 years no. No other place I’d rather go. Finding a great manicurist is like finding a great hair style. Refuse to switch it up. Hiēn just got twin and myself right. As always 9/15

Weird. When I call ahead and ask if they’re still taking walk-ins, they say yes, I get there 10 minutes later and they don’t have time to do my nails. The man with tattoos in the 1st chair on the right was so rude, Repeating what time they close…I know the times that’s why I called ahead. Get everyone in the shop on the same page so the customers aren’t misinformed. I used to come here for years before and this is the first time I’ve had an unprofessional encounter.

The lady who did my pedicure did a great job. However she made me uncomfortable as if she was talking about me while doing my pedicure because her coworkers were looking my way and laughing. That is not okay and not acceptable.

Jays nails has went down hill. The man doing my nails was so rude and talking about me to someone else and I said “what” and then he tried to change it up. I paid $30 for a manicure and the polish started coming off in less than 12 hrs lol . Worse nail salon I ever been to but the place is cute lol.
