I had the absolute worst experience at this place. I asked for a dip manicure. They did not trim my cuticles. They only shaped my nails and then continued with the dip. As for that, they left dip powder all over my hands. They put 2 coats of something on that looked like regular nail polish top and very shiny, then thinned the dip but hardly did at all. They then finished with 2 coats of gel top with lights (not the dip process). I now have super thick nails and polish cemented to my hands. It took them 15 minutes to try to get my nails unstuck to my skin and “clean things up”. You can see in the photos that even after attempts to take polish from my skin it’s still a mess. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they all do it the same way here and it’s not a problem for anyone else. Beware! I won’t be back. If I would have been offered a discount or if they would have removed the manicure fully I would not have written this post and chalked it up to someone having a very off day. Do better Java!

Did a walk in for a full set Was debating on color just trying to see if I had enough time and if they had an available for a pedicure as well. Was kind of ignored in the very beginning Didn’t really mind It disappointing 😕. Maybe ten minutes if that got Seated showed my inspo pic, Was told it was ok And then I wouldn’t be able to do it with polish I’d have to get dip. Ok, perfectly fine with that. Not a lot of conversation. Not super enjoyable, but it’s whatever. Overall nails are six out of ten The Shape is a little weird the filing was Off and little bit painful at time Maybe I’ll have to come back and try a different artist

I love my French tip. Is amazing and all the worker is so friendly. My friends who come with me today said that they will comeback here every time they want to get there nails done. Thank you Young, Lynn, Vivian, Vinny for doing our nails!

This was my husband’s first getting a pedi, and the nail technician did an OUTSTANDING job. My nail tech did a great job as well. Both were very friendly.

This used to be the best nail salon in HR, but not anymore! Horribly disappointed with my experience. I “upgraded” to a $50 pedicure and the lady rushed through the whole service, cut my toe, and kicked me out of the chair after my service was done even though nobody was waiting, while in the past I’ve been able to wait until the person I was with finished. I’m not one to write a negative review but I’m overall very disappointed and won’t ever return. Would advise others to advocate for themselves if they aren’t happy with their services.. wish I would have done that today!
