This is by far my favorite wigs store in Sacramento!!! The lady is so kind and very helpful each time I went there and looking for wigs to buy!! First time I went, she picked for me a natural black human hair wig that fit me perfectly and I was wearing it till it was gone!! Today I went there again and she recommended me two wigs brown with highlights and I’m so happy with them and she was again extremely kind and supportive when I told her about my natural hair issues and she was so compassionate! Her husband also was very nice at the register and they both made me feel happy and put a smile on my face again!! I definitely recommend their store to all customers and if I need to take a vote I will vote their store as my number one wigs store and their customer service is outstanding and I would like to thank them so much and definitely I will return soon to buy more wigs and enjoy my time there because I always feel so welcomed and positive about my hair!! Thank you so much I know the lady will remember me! 😊😊💯

I WILL NEVER shop here again. Mostly order all my hair and products online and only shop in person if I absolutely have too. I was gonna go to target, but I thought the beauty supply would have some better options. They didn’t, and they followed me around the store. It’s cool though, you don’t want my coin I’ll keep it. You ain’t even gotta worry about it.

Awful service, we wanted to spend 60$ cash for hair extensions and the rest of the 10$ owed on card. They ended up making a scene in front of everyone because the last names on the drivers license and the credit card didn’t match… they don’t understand maiden names? we showed them 3 other cards with the same last name but the name on the license was different. It was a surprise how ignorant the workers are that someone can re marry and have a different last name. They lost our business and we won’t be returning, trust don’t waste your money on their products
