I have been a customer at J’Adore Nail Bar for a long time, and have been thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service they provide. The cleanliness of the salon is impeccable, and their attention to detail evident in every aspect of their work. The environment is incredibly relaxing, making my visit a truly enjoyable experience.
I must highlight Mary and Julie for their AMAZING work. They are both skilled and professional, ensuring that I always leave with perfect manicures and pedicures. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stands out. Mary is the only person in DFW I can trust to do my pedicures, she is wonderful!!!! People are always complimenting my nails and my friends & family have even started coming to this salon routinely as well.
Overall, I highly recommend this nail salon for anyone looking for top-notch service in a welcoming and calming environment.

I’m not even sure if I want to come back. These classic French tips were a last resort because the nail tech couldn’t do my inspo picture (blue French tips). I had previous came here a week ago and got flawless acrylic toes done by Julie but sadly she wasn’t here today. I settled for another technician and was extremely disappointed. Some of the tips are different sizes, most and almost all my nails are leaning on my right hand, and the nails themselves aren’t even shaped right. The male nail tech seemed to be a little impatient and I had to constantly correct him. The middle nail on the right has this hump while the middle nail on the left is smooth and flat. I’m not picky but I did just spend $100. Extremely disappointing experience

this is why i hate trying new salons. yesterday after work i came to this salon so i could remove the rest of my gel x nails since a couple of them had already fallen off. when i get there they are busy and the lady says i have to wait, which is fine because i was not in a rush. they tell me i can choose my gel color since i wanted to get gel polish on my natural nails. the lady then tells me to sit down and they have the bowl with acetone there for me already. i ask if i could get my nails cut lower before i put them in the bowl, because that is what every salon i’ve been to does. so the guy comes over and helps clip the gel x extension nails lower. its been about 5 minutes of me soaking my nails in the acetone. (also the water was very hot) but i didn’t want to say anything since they were busy. the lady then comes up to me and says they are busy so they can’t do my nails right now. i was confused and said no worries it’s okay since my nails are still soaking so i don’t mind waiting. but she meant that they can’t do my nails at all. they close at 7:30pm and it was around 5:30pm so i wasn’t understanding what the issue was. i found it very unprofessional for them to sit me down, cut my nails, then tell me to leave. i’ve never experienced anything like that before at a salon. i will never come back to this salon again. thankfully i was able to go to City Nails that’s about 6 minutes away and they did my nails without any complications. I would recommend going there instead!

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I got a mani and pedi and they both were horrible. I had an acrylic nail on my 2 bug toes and I need to fill them in, the lady doing my toes didn’t fill them in. She tired to file them down to where you couldn’t tell that I had a fake nail on. I told her multiple times that she needed to fill them in and she didn’t do so. It took me to tell her to stop and almost walking out with my toes not completed for someone else to come and try to fix what the previous lady messed up. My manicure experience was just horrible the nails were super ugly and it seemed like the man doing them was rushing. We got 2 pedicures and 2 manicured and we paid $195 all of that.. For what? Idk..
Just don’t go there, they are horrible
