I’ve never written a review for anywhere before but I felt it was permitted since my nail is still bleeding having left the salon Almost a hour ago. I was cut in not one but two places. That has honestly never happened to me before . The lady that did my service was very nice but i felt the service was rushed she also did not clean under my nail being a hairdresser that is important to me since sometimes haircolor tends to migrate under there even when I wear gloves . I hope my review sheds some light on what could be improved upon since I am a service provider in this industry I know not every Client will be happy but I do hope that they take a little more time just to prevent possible infections.

Horrible service. I was the first customer in on Sunday, October 29 2023 and was treated as if I was the bottom of the barrel. I asked for a mani-pedi several times. They sat me in the chair and then asked me to wait while she started on the customer after me and gave them a manicure. A man came in and she asked him to give me my pedicure, several other customers came in as he started my service. Once he was done he asked why was I still sitting, I told him I needed my manicure… the owner told him I’ll have to wait until after she finished 2 more customers.
I WAS THE FIRST PERSON HERE.
If you are a person of color I highly do not suggest this place, your money is not wanted neither is it appreciated.

I absolutely adored this place. I was a little put off by the exterior and a few bad reviews but they really know what they are doing. I did a simple dip and tip with my sister and I’m in love. They are not very talkative so if you go for the chit chat then this might not be for you but the skill is a 10/10. The interior is beautiful and clean. I did get hit by the drill but that can happen to anyone and I’m pretty sure I moved anyway. I would absolutely go again everything was amazing.

I visited this nail salon on June 30, 2022. When I visited I requested a pedicure and an overlay for my fingernails. Three days after the service I noticed that one of my nails had broken, the material used disintegrated and expose my nail which had broken along with the material.

Four days after my service I noticed that my thumbnail had shipped in an area where the acrylic fell away am I know my personal nail was exposed.

Five days after I received the service I noticed that my middle finger on my right hand was cracked today is day six and just this morning when I got out of the shower I noticed the acrylic on my the thumbnail on my left hand cracked off and now my own nails is exposed .

I paid $105 for my nails and my feet to be done, which is typical for the services that I requested. What is not typical is the state of my nails now only six days after having received services from the Jade’s nail salon. I am completely disheartened and unhappy with the service provided to me.

The quality of the job done ,the service rendered and the attitude of the women at the salon we’re all subpar I wasuggest that anyone receive services at the salon.
