Need to add an update. I thought acrylics were fine but in fact they were not finished properly. When done the nail tech is supposed to smooth out the area around the cuticle. This was missed so acrylics were rough and were catching on to everything within a few days, even my hair. I guess I just assumed they knew what they were doing.
Sloppy work. Acrylics were fine by Kim but then she handed me off to someone else for paint job which was not good. I didn’t really notice the edges until I got home. Now my thumb is chipped 🤦♀️. They actually charged more too. Don’t think I’ll be back. Not sure the pictures show the sloppy job.

A week ago my wife had her nails done here and once home she realized the girl didn’t carry the nail polish to her cuticles. This means she has to return sooner. Then tonight my mom is talking about how she was in the hot bath and her green nail polish came right off in the water. She also said the girl didn’t take off the red polish that was on the nail. The girl just painted green on top of the red. Both said Jade is about $10 cheaper than other places in the area but it’s definitely not worth $40. Buyer beware.

I’ve been going here for over a year now! They have always been kind to me and my daughters and do a great job. Lee takes extra time to make sure it is done right. I have never been disappointed! I definitely recommend Jade Nailz and will continue to go back.

Kim does my pedi every couple months and I just love how well she does my toes. I get the gel polish so it doesn’t come off. I got this red glitter color and I love them they feel so nice now again..thank you!!

If I could give this place a worse rating than zero I would. I went in at noon today and received this horrendous set. I asked for my money back and was told to come back and they would fix the nails. I sat down and was told my nails didn’t look like this before I left. But they did. I was told they would fix the gel nail polish but not the acrylic that was actually lifting. They took 42 dollars for this awful set and wouldn’t even make it right. I’m making sure the Better Business Bureau gets to see this so they can’t scam another single soul.
