Disappointed. I’ve been loyal for years and today I received the worst customer service ever. So much potential, but the manager lacks accountability, professionalism, and empathy. I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere.

Words cannot express how disappointed I am with this place that I’ve been going to for YEARS !! When I first came in I asked to for pedicure which I receive and the guy did amazing then before I even got started with my second service I asked if Nancy or another guy that have done my nails before was available they both had other clients so the guy that did my nails proceeded to do my nails. Before we got started I asked him how much was my nails and I showed him a photo of the design and asked if he could do that and he told me yes it’s $75 which was kinda expensive for what I asked for but I didn’t care as long as the work is exactly what I asked for. So he end up doing my nails which were very uneven and shortly after he started working on my designs which came out horrible he could not do a snake design or marble design and he was asking the lady beside him for help. So I asked if he could take all the nails off and that’s what he did shortly after. I asked if Nancy could do my nails and the owner told me no we’re going to take your nails off you and you leave. She told me to leave the building all because her employee messed up my nails, I will never return here again. I truly see now that they do not value their customers.

I love Cindy & Jon but I will probably never be back. When I was a little girl I used to come with my grandma & aunt whom are now deceased. Today, I decided to give JD nails my business. I was greeted at the door by Jon, told to wash my hands then have a seat at the front. I was called by a gentleman to sit at seat number “12”. When I sat down, he asked which colors I’d like, I chose, and he proceeded to file off my gel polish. I asked if I could be sat next to my sister who was also getting her nails done and he rudely said “no”. He then gives the pricing and I agreed. He continued to drill my nails but was way too rough and ended up cutting me. He then proceeded after I was seemingly upset. I told him to stop and then took away my hand.
Writing this to say no matter The service, customer should always be treated with respect. His attitude was very, very rude.

This place to me is kind of set up like an assembly line but.. it works! I went in without much time to spare. I was seated and got a full set done in under an hour. The people are nice and the place is clean. I am a returning customer.

I love this salon. Great customer service, they enforce masks 😷, my nail tech is #7 she ALWAYS does exactly what I want. We have so much fun creating my unique visions. We talk, laugh, she’s so pleasant. A little pricey; yes but no more than the other’s .
