I keep trying as they are always under new ownership. But the same rude man continues to be there. He is not gentle, careful or thoughtful in his work. He talked in his ear bud loudly the entire time and I seemed like a bother to his day. I asked first if he could do an ombré and he agreed. Clearly he cannot. My nails kept getting shorter and shorter as he filed. They are messy, no fade and he burned me several times while removing my old set. $70 for this mess. SMH. Done. Never returning. Pics show what I wanted then what I got.

Now J A nails! Complete horrible. 30 mins late on my appt gave me a 20 min nail job. See photos…. I can do better at home. Didn’t even remove my cuticles. Lady threw down her brush twice when I told her she wasn’t getting my whole nail with the white line

I asked them to make my toe nails short and he barely touched my big toe. It’s as long as it was when I went in there and the rest looks fine. . I told him not to do that but he didn’t pay attention to me. I pay for something I should have it my way. I decided to tell the truth. They were told to ruin my pedicure on purpose. They were told to do this by people that are trying to run me off my property. They want make my home a kkk camp. They stalk me when ever I go. I will stand my ground! If a business supports such evil ways I have to speak up.

Came in for a fill in. The lady linh was very rude and unprofessional. All my nails are badly shape and she refuse to do what i asked for. After telling her i didn’t like my nails she proceeded to ask me why and still ignore doing what i asked her to do. Not only that she drop the brush she was using on the floor picked it up and continue to work on my head after that she drop the buffer cube on the floor picked that up and continue to work like it never happened. I went in with nice nails left with the same thing i had but extremely worst. Never again!!!!
UPDATED!!! To retract my previous review I went back the next day told them how unsatisfied I was Not only did Amy understand she also fixed my nails. I absolutely love my nails now. She definitely just got a loyal customer!!!

The guy in this store really did a poor job and service(probably he’s the owner). No proper communication at all. He’s even use the polish tool scratch on my skin and made a wound on it. The he trim the shape of nails after the dipping layers and finishing done( are you kidding me?? ) No surprise my nail chipped that easy. Poor service ever.
