As soon as I walked in at 6pm (mind you they close at 9pm) the older woman gave me dirty looks & just kept saying “no” when the man who owns the shop asked her if she could do my pedicure. Idk if she was tired or just had a bad day but I immediately wanted to walk out because how unwelcoming is that! SMH. She needs to learn that she works in customer service & if she doesn’t want to do nails, QUIT . The man on the other hand gladly offered me a seat and got started on my pedicure.

Been going here for years and have always gotten good service! My nails always on point and options are plentiful for shellac which is hard to find. My go to is Kong or his wife, but anyone there does amazing work! Kong always makes sure my nails are shaped and lengthened the way I always want them!

Visiting my Parents, my mom and i went to Ivy to be pampered. People were nice and it was pretty clean which was a factor for me.
However, as you can see my toes nails are cut super low on one side. Both big toes!! Now my fake fingernails are super fake looking, super big and cut twice. Steve was a quiet man until he tried to up sale my man as they both laugh, as we all know exactly what he is up too. Up sale everything haha My mom had to go back for them to fix four nails that the shellac was not done properly.

Steven is my nail, and he does a great job, but I’ve used the other technicians there, and they did a wonderful job too. My nails last a solid 3weeks, and in all the years I’ve been going there, I’ve only had a couple breaks.

The nail polish is not very good when it’s gel and they are not very talking to people and I don’t 1 Suggest them because they do not let other people know how long it’s gonna be or anything like that.
