I went in on Saturday loved the service and all, but it turned yellow. They were explaining it could’ve been makeup or hair but I did nothing of makeup or hair I had someone do it for me. The only thing I did was ate. So am I not allowed to eat? A lady even took a picture of my hand thinking I was lying but who gave her permission to do so? I think I might just start doing my own nails from now on.

I broke a gel nail pretty badly and Ivy Nails fixed everything! Very kind and careful service with more attention to detail than most places. Great prices too. I have sensitive skin, so my cuticles usually crack but they were so careful my skin didn’t break. I’ll be back!

It was my second time getting my nails done and the service was so bad that I had to call for them to redo my nails. The color immediately started stripping off a few hours after the service. When I called they said that it happens but this never happened with any nail salon I’ve went to. They were not pleasant with me , they tried to argue with me about it and then offered to redo. I went back to redo it and the same thing happened except now because they didn’t take better care of my nail bed , my whole nail broke off. I went back and she told me that it’s too long and she cannot fix because it’s bleeding. I said fine but it could’ve been avoided if they would have done it correctly the first and second time. I never leave reviews but I’m so disappointed about this experience. I’m not going back

Great experience. I am new to the area. I scheduled an appointment here for a fill and pedicure based on the reviews. I was not disappointed at all. Already have another appointment scheduled. Highly recommend!
