I had gone with my father-in-law to get a pedicure and a manicure for my birthday. For one my toes were painting and the nail polish isn’t cleaned up. My father in law got cut when getting his pedicure done as well. Then I sit down to a woman and she started doing my nail and she had cut 7 out of ten of my fingers. The design isn’t at all what the picture looked like the color was changed by me but I had her redo the design three times and it didn’t get any better. I do not recommend going here. I get everyone has different experiences but this one wasn’t a good experience.

I just got my nails ruined. I hate to leave such a bad review for a local business, but not only is the color completely wrong (I asked the technician if she had the right color and she said yes, this was my first time doing dip so I thought some other coat must be coming) but my fingers and nails actually hurt from how much they were filed down, that was really not necessary. She just kept filing them. And then when they tried to fix them already ridiculously short, they filed again. The fix didn’t work because communication is awful. Manager charged full price without any problem, but made it “right” by giving me half off coupon for next time. Uhm does anyone need it? I wouldn’t go back even for a year of free nails. Worst nail salon experience ever. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them when they do speaks volumes.

5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Just want to say thank you 🙏 to Nick who did my nail repair 💅 he isn’t who started it I didn’t catch her name she actually hurt me filed my nail raw 🤯 but Nick came thru and was gentle with me after that. They didn’t have the color that was on my nails with the powder, but I didn’t mind. I went with a different color and had them add a design to my other hand.. i’m happy with how it came out. Thank you for accepting me as a walk-in and taking care of me. And if I’m back in Utah, I will definitely come here to get my nails done if they need to get done.

this is the go to place. they are so nice and patient. I had to have my nails fixed the same day I got them done because the workers at Nails by maceys are awful. At ivy nails they took time to listen and made sure I was happy with the design, did not feel rushed at all. will always come back to this place in a heartbeat.
