Great experience for my first “curly cut.” My stylist incorporated my input with her expertise, took the time to explain each step and provided detailed information for after care.

The owner is extremely unprofessional. If you even ask her a question she will get defensive and tell you to go find another salon without trying to work out the issue. She overcharges for services and you don’t even know what you are paying for because it doesn’t show on the screen when you are paying. I have been there 4 times and the 4th time she decided to charge me $20 more for “extra deva product usage” even though she didn’t use any more product on me than the 3 times before. She will claim that your hair has started to get thicker just so she can charge you extra money for products. My hair has been thick my whole life. I have always gotten comments about it when I got a haircut. It’s just an excuse to charge more. She started telling my sister this time that her hair was getting thicker and I’m sure next time she would have charged her the additional as well. I didn’t realize that I had been charged all the extra fees since you don’t see them until you get a receipt. Since I got a partial pintura in addition to my normal haircut, I just assumed the price was so high because she is expensive, not because she snuck in extra charges. She charged me $50 more in extra products and I only asked her to refund the $20 deva product charges and she refused. I also gave a tip on the whole amount of products and services and if I could have seen the charges before I would not have tipped on the extra products. She told me I should try to find a different stylist in my price range but not having money isn’t the issue; I don’t like being deceived and having extra charges thrown in that I wasn’t told about. The worst part is my partial pintura doesn’t even look very good, I have one super blonde thick streak that starts closer to the root and the rest start further away from the root so when my hair is up it looks like I have no other highlights.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with having my hair styled and colored. Brittany listened to what my hair desires were and created a plan to align my hair with those desires. She explained everything she was going to do before doing anything, and then she explained it again as she was doing it. She also took the time to educate me on proper hair care, styling techniques, and answered any and all questions I had about the process and how I should take care of my new style.
I had a few questions after the appointment, and I emailed her with them. She responded quickly with thorough answers.
Brittany is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She truly works to make sure you have the hair you want. I highly recommend Intrigued Salon.

I have super curly hair. I’ve gone years without a haircut because I always end up leaving in tears. I decided to take a chance and make an appointment with Brittany. She was very accommodating to my schedule. I was nervous but I put myself in her hands.
She gave me exactly what I had asked for. The cut and color are beautiful! She did an amazing job and I would recommend her to any other curly girls out there.

I cancelled an appointment for 9/3 on 8/27 and they still charged a 30 dollar fee. Definitely not going to reschedule now. They claimed they need 7 days cancellation for a holiday appointment. 9/3 is not a holiday and this was plenty of time for them to be able to fill that appointment time with another appointment. Crooks and rude on top of it. Nowhere on their website does it state this policy. Do NOT use them. This is not good customer service and does not promote referrals.
