Came here today for the 1st time ever and am extremely disappointed. I told the lady I scheduled with that I needed a removal and new set. When I spoke with the technician I stated 3 times that I needed a new set. Instead she decides to just doba fill. At that point I knew it wasnt going to go well. Once I got home I realized how thick bulky and just boxy they looked. My pinky nail is huge and soo thick, the gel started coming off 40 mins after leaving and so many bumps. My nails are also uneven. They said they would remove them for free but at this point I don’t even want them doing that. Very disappointed.

went in to get full set off nails. asked for a simple design baby blue nails with a darker blue heart on the top corner of my ring and pointer finger. nails came out bumpy and
messy polish. nail tech was kinda rude and stopped doing my nails for like ten minutes to talk to her co worker

This nail salon is very reasonable. I highly recommend Anne or her sister. I always forget her name, but they’re both amazing!!!

Went to get a mani/ pedi, very rude staff. The woman that worked on me didn’t say more than three words to me and when I asked if she could add a flower to my toe, she started gripping and chatting to the other staff in a foreign language. I could tell she was upset, so I said never mind. After about twenty minutes of her working on my manicure, she turn me over to another staff member, who finished the art work. while I was waiting for my nails to dry, I noticed the staff chatting and looking at me laughing, this made me feel very uncomfortable, it was very upsetting. . BTW, this is my second time in and second time experiencing their rude, unprofessional staff. NEVER AGAIN
