First of all, to book an appointment, one is required to pre-pay for the services. At the time I booked, I thought this was odd but went along with it since the business had good reviews. When I arrived at the facility, I saw why.

This facility was so nasty that, between the scary-looking, dirty lobby and hall and the bathroom that was so filthy I almost vomited and had no toilet paper, there was no way I was going to stay and let anyone touch my body. I was truly concerned with the possibility of acquiring an infection or other health issue from receiving services at this facility that I left.

I can’t weigh in on the service provider. I’m sure she is a lovely person and perhaps services are adequate, but this facility was so absolutely sketchy-looking and dirty, I wasn’t hanging around to find out.

Had a wonderful time getting my nails done here! I had gotten the worst manicure of my life two days prior at a different salon with botched polish color and misshapen nails. Made an appointment with Kionna and she worked her MAGIC. She took her time being careful with my damaged nails and made them look beautiful again. I’d definitely recommend coming here!

Today was my first visit to INB. Kionna was great! I loved the small quaint intimate setting where you receive one on one attention. She did a wonderful job on my manicure and pedicure. She’s very friendly, down to earth, and so easy to talk to. It was a such a relaxing way to spend an hour and a half. Because she only works by appointment, you don’t feel like she’s trying to rush to finish so she can move on to the next person. I’ve found my new place, and will be returning here each month. I highly recommend INP!
