Unimpressed. I have been to two other inspire nail bars, one in Rockville and the one and olney and both were great. This salon advertises online that they are the same but they are not. They do not offer all the services that the other inspire nail bars offer when you actually get into the location. I got a regular manicure and gel pedicure, both which were done extremely quickly, no massage at all with the manicure, and only one day later my gel manicure is chipping on three nails. I have never had a gel manicure chip this quickly. Usually they grow out until I am forced to go back to the salon to get them redone because they last so long. Would not recommend this place.
Update: 4 days later I peeled off all of the gel polish since more than half of my nails had significantly chipped and two other nails were bubbling.

I was yere yesterday afte rwork around 5:30 pm. When I walked in there was no other clients and I wanted to get pedi/mani done. One of them assisted me with a gel pedicure which was all done in about 10-15 mins. She rushed my pedicure and was being harsh. After that, we moved onto my manicure and I was trying to find out a color, she made me rush and said hurry up I dont have alot of time. I honestly came here because I had a gift card but I definitely will not be a returning customer. I did not feel comfortable and this is not how they should be treating clients!

The worst experience ever!! I called ahead and was told to come in for a fill!!! One person almost done and I was next…. Arrived at 12:50 and because 1 person due to the gentleman off at the mall after being called I did not leave salon till 3:00 pm…. Charged $77?!?! For what?!?! He stated, nail design and two nails needed new acrylic ….
It’s a French manicure with the point and using other colors and the ring finger a solid color which I found the picture of it on their website so did he really do any designs…..

Got a basic manicure this morning. It’s not good. I honestly could have done better painting my nails at home but I thought I would treat myself today. If a nail salon can’t do a basic manicure well, what can they do? I would not go here again. I’m debating going back in there, but I feel they just need to re-do the whole thing and I’m not sure if I have time for that.

I went and got a fill as well as the nail that is missing redone and in less than a week the nail falls off while i’m eating seafood! This is how it looks after me filing off the hideous paint job that was super clumpy. They also charged me way too much for how bad it looked, never going here again unless someone else is doing my nails, I would mention her name but that would make her look bad lol.
